"We have had 3 sessions so far with Nana and the difference in Dexter has been fantastic. Nana has shown us many different techniques to improve his engagement in a fun and positive environment. Dexter is a working springer spaniel so has endless energy but Nana has given us guidance on how we can mentally stimulate him during training and this has made a huge difference to his overall behaviour.
An area we really wanted to work on was his engagement with us as he would become fixated on things and not respond to us at times. Nana has shown us lots of ways to improve this and not only coaches and guides Dexter but coaches us to make long lasting changes. Nana has given us a plan of action we can work on over the coming weeks and months to further solidify these behavioural changes. It has been a pleasure getting to know Nana over the last few weeks and will most definitely keep in touch her with as she has made a great impression on us and Dexter.
It is clear to see Nana's passion and her energy to do her absolute best during every session is evident. We have tried various dog trainers, hoping to find someone who we felt could provide us with the right guidance and we have found that in Nana.
